Reporting a leak:

 

It is in everyone's best interest to stop leaks in their community water system to protect people and property and to conserve our precious water resource.

 

Please report all leaks immediately. Click on the CONTACT SVWC button above for contact information.

 

If you are the first person to report a leak and the leak is verified by SVWC staff you will be credited the residential base rate on your next bill as a way of saying thank you for helping the community.

 

Please remember that during certain times of the year there are natural springs that come up from the ground that can appear as leaks and that water runoff during rainy periods can collect in low lying areas that can also appear to be a leak. We do encourage you to report anything you might feel is a leak however. SVWC staff will gladly check it out!
