SVWC is in the process of replacing our customer billing system. This will also include the on-line payment portal. We have been experiencing problems with our customers who pay with Apple products (iPhone) and some who report they get looped back to the input screen after they click on the "Continue" button which leaves them to believe their payment was not processed and they re-enter the payment and get charged twice. Please do not enter a payment twice. If you believe your payment was not received please contact the office at 503.622.4083 and we can determine if there was an error. Our on-line portal provider has told us that if the "Continue" button is clicked the payment will be processed. You can also ensure this by making sure you put a valid email address in the payment information screen. You should receive a confirmation e-mail within minutes.
We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have the new system in place by March 30.

SVWC will receive a verification e-mail notifying us that payment has been received within 5 minutes.
