2. If the leak is causing injury to person or property call us immediately at 503.622.4083. If after hours, the call will be answered by a service. Please inform them you believe it's an emergency and give your name, number and the location of the leak.

3. If the leak is not an emergency, you can leave a message with the service or email us at thesvwco@frontier.com with the same information.

4. The first customer who calls in a confirmed leak will be credited a month's base rate for supporting our conservation efforts
